The Justen Company’s display of successful projects can be found throughout the Pacific Northwest. Our projects on Second Avenue rise above. The following is a list of how we collaborated with our partners on these three unique and distinctive high-rise towers.

Fifteen Twenty-One Second Avenue, the Justen Company determined the target market and building program with 143 large penthouse quality condominium homes averaging 2000 SF; managed a rezone with the entitlement and construction permit process, selected the contractor; represented the owner during construction which was completed in 2009; managed the condominium marketing and sales teams through sell out. 1921 Second Avenue, the Justen Company was hired in 2008 by the property owner to determine and entitle the highest and best use for the property which was to include a new hotel to be owned and operated by the property owner. The Justen Company assembled and managed the design team; represented the project to the City and neighbors; negotiated retention of a historic façade; built a detailed project proforma including the hotel; retail and 166 residential units (both as apartments and condominiums). 2021 Second Avenue, the Justen Company was hired by the property owner to determine and entitle the highest and best use for the property. The Justen Company assembled and managed the design team, represented the project to the City and neighbors, negotiated agreements to avoid entitlement appeals with two adjacent condominium associations, obtained entitlements, built a detailed project proforma including  retail and 244  residential condominiums. Client/Owner sold the entitled site to a developer at a premium price in 2014.
